The Milford School uniform is compulsory.
It consists of a variety of pieces that can be mixed and matched for summer and winter. There is not a particular time when one type of uniform is worn, it is your choice which pieces are worn.
Girls – skort, shorts, yellow polo shirt (short or long sleeved options), polar fleece sweatshirt.
Boys – shorts, trousers, yellow polo shirt (short or long sleeved options), polar fleece sweatshirt.
The uniform is available by ordering online from Argyle, our uniform supplier. Simply click here to be directed to their website. Click on the Shop ArgyleOnLine icon at the top bar and select Milford Primary School from the drop down list. This will open up our uniform page where you can select the items and sizes you require. Items can be delievered to your home or to school for you to collect.
Bucket style hats are compulsory for the summer months (Terms 1 and 4) and these are avaliable from the school office. Sunglasses are also available for purchase.
Footwear is to be black or navy shoes only, no colour parts. High heeled footwear, boots and jandals are not allowed as they are unsuitable for fitness and PE activities.
Socks/tights are to be black, navy blue or white only.
All footwear and items of clothing should be clearly named. Labels from places such as Nameit are a great idea, and a percentage is given back to the school, an added bonus.
During the swimming season it is important to name swimwear, towels and underclothing. Jewellery should be left at home and we prefer children not to bring watches to school because they are easily lost. Rings and bangles are often dangerous during children’s play. For those with pierced ears, studs only are acceptable.
Second hand uniform sales will be organised by the PTA and notification will be via the school newsletter when these sales occur.
